About Me
I am a Chapman University Alum, who double majored in Business Marketing and Public Relations, Advertising, and Entertainment Marketing. I am passionate about turning creative ideas into impactful campaigns within the marketing industry.
Growing up, while watching TV, I would remain focused on the commercials rather than skipping through them. The slick cinematography, exciting music, and strategic messaging were often more compelling than the programs. That was when I knew I wanted to be part of the creative teams behind those advertising spots.
During my junior and senior year, I was a part of Chapman’s award-winning National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) team and created advertising campaigns for Tide and AT&T. My junior year, I was fortunate to be part of the strategy department, where I focused on researching our target audience and analyzing the results to find a message that resonates with them. Ultimately, the campaign finished 1st in Southern California and 10th out of over 100 universities nationally. My senior year, I was the team’s Account Director, where I oversaw 36 peers, ensured all deliverables maintained brand guidelines, and were completed on time as we created a campaign for AT&T.
“Say cheese!” I have always enjoyed photography. It wasn’t until recently that I began taking it more seriously and looking through the lens with a creative and storytelling approach rather than taking pictures just to take pictures. This suggests marketing and advertising have earned an important place in my overall thinking. I look forward to bringing this frame of mind with me to a career after graduation.
